My ideas often spring from the things I notice during my daily walks and commutes - things like the weeds beside the footpath, the reflective facades of skyscrapers, or the stray thoughts that cross my mind. My dreams are also a source for my ideas. These dreams, often lucid, range from the amusing to the outright bizarre, sometimes reflecting my current life situations, and other times devoid of any apparent logic. Such imagery has led me to express them through a variety of mediums, including painting, drawing, linocuts, etchings, and more recently, three-dimensional art. I think of my work as an ongoing story of my life and I am eager to discover the stories that viewers see within my work.
